SAINT'S EVE
[h]oja santa
2 oz Sombra
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 barspoon of agave nectar
1 muddled hoja santa leaf
Add the hoja santa and agave nectar to a mixing glass and muddle.
Add the rest of the ingredients and ice.
Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe (no garnish).
