2-1/2 oz 2008 Betts & Scholl Eden Valley Riesling
3/4 oz Sombra
1/2 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
2 dashes of Bitter Truth Orange Bitters
Add everything to a mixing glass, then add ice.
Stir and strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with grated nutmeg.
